We began in 2013 as Not Just Icing, a mobile cupcakery known for our made-from-scratch cupcakes—baked fresh on the truck.

Chocolate Chip was just the beginning. As our love (and demand) for cookie dough grew, so did our flavor lineup. Early fan favorites like Peanut Butter Fluff, Reese’s, and M&M helped pave the way for the variety we offer today.
